Welcome to JobGuard ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Service Description

JobGuard is a job search assistant tool providing:

Job description (JD) risk analysis
Application progress tracking
Interview schedule management
Data statistics and reports

Important: The risk analysis results provided by this App are for reference only and do not constitute legal advice, career advice, or any form of guarantee. Users should exercise their own judgment and consult professionals when making career decisions.

2. Free vs. Pro Version

Free Version:

1 JD analysis per day (resets daily based on local time)
Up to 3 tracked applications
1 interview record per day
Basic reporting features

Pro Version (One-time Purchase):

Unlimited JD analysis
Unlimited application tracking
Unlimited interview records
Full advanced reports (funnel, conversion trends, channel analysis, salary distribution, etc.)
Interview reminder notifications
CSV data export
Custom theme appearance

Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. Price is as displayed on the App Store and may vary by region.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Not use the App for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Take responsibility for the accuracy of all job-related information you input
Understand and accept that analysis results may contain errors or misjudgments

4. Intellectual Property

The JobGuard name, logo, icons, interface design, analysis rule engine, and all original content are the intellectual property of the App developer. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of any part of the App is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANALYSIS RESULTS, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

6. Service Changes & Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App's services at any time, including but not limited to feature adjustments, price changes, or service termination. Material changes will be notified within the App.

7. Refund Policy

Pro purchase refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, please use Apple's "Report a Problem" page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
